“We used the Low Down for our Awards Night in April 2017. We couldn't have asked for anymore! Ben and the band were very professional, they had a great set up and definitely got our attendees onto the dance floor!”

Ben contacted me before to see what we wanted and fine tune any details - they were lovely and very helpful from start to finish. “The Low Down were great; from our initial interaction with their management team, to the first conversation with the boys the month before our wedding, right up until the big day. They arrived on time and worked around our schedule for set up. They were professional in their approach but gave our guests exactly what they were looking for- fantastic music that was impossible not to dance to! Their popular repertoire, musical talent, enthusiasm and banter with our guests set our wedding reception on fire! We would highly recommend them to anyone! Nathan and Sarah Wilson”

“I trusted lead singer/guitarist Ben with arranging the entertainment for my 40th birthday party and he and the rest of the band did not disappoint. Ben liaised with me over timings for the smooth running of the evening which all went to plan. The band even learnt a new song at my request (Arctic Monkeys - R U Mine? so not an easy request but they performed it faultlessly and true to the original!). Aside from getting to listen to this amazing band I also got to sing with them! This really made the night for me and I can't thank them enough. All the band members were very friendly and easy to get on with. They played to such a high standard of musicianship and put on a really slick, polished performance. People of all ages were on the dance floor from start to finish and calling for encores. I wouldn't hesitate to book The Low Down again and to recommend them to friends.”

“The Low Down came and provided an evening of fantastic entertainment for the NATO HQ Officer’s Mess 2016 Winter ball. Never has the Colonel in charge of the event, received such unanimous praise for a live act at one of our annual events and I believe that this is testament to the quality and enthusiasm of the band. From the first song until the last, the dance floor was full with guests young and old enjoying the pop, rock and chart music from 80’s to current. Very personable, they were extremely helpful and flexible throughout the booking process and we have recommended them for future organisers of our events and also wholeheartedly recommend The Low Down to anyone who is in need of an energetic and rousing live act. ”

I’ve never seen a band go down so well at a function like this and you were very gracious in responding to our calls for ‘more’ – a testament to your popularity and talent.
